Payment options
You can pay online by card or to the driver on arrival (unless we agree otherwise when booking). Online payment appears on the site when it is switched on.
Currency
Prices are in US dollars. When you pay by card, your bank may convert the amount to your currency at its own rate.
Free cancellation
If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, you get a full refund.
Late cancellation
If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, or do not show up, the payment may not be refunded, because the car and driver are already reserved.
Cancellation by us
If we cannot carry out your transfer, we refund you in full or offer another car.
Refund time
Refunds go back to the same card you paid with. Bank processing usually takes 5-14 business days.
