What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight, so a delay is not a problem. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost.
How will I find my driver?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. We also send you the driver's contact on WhatsApp before pickup.
How do I pay?
Payment is made to the driver on arrival. We confirm the details when we confirm your booking.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation or changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Do you provide child seats? How much luggage fits?
Tell us about child seats when you book and we will confirm availability. A car fits up to 3 passengers with luggage. For a larger group, book two cars or message us.
Is the price final?
Yes. The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person, and includes the driver and fuel. If anything extra applies, such as additional stops or long waiting, we tell you in advance.
Can you take me somewhere that is not listed?
Yes. Message us the pickup point and destination and we will send you a price.
